1. We need to learn more about the complexity of work, requirements for building codes/ standards, your timeframes and budget. At this stage it would be great if you could show us sample drawings to guide us.

2. Following your initial enquiry, we shall want to discuss your assignment in detail over Skype/ Teamviewer, if feasible. Talking over a shared screen makes sure that we understand your requirements correctly.

3. After our in-depth conversation we should be able to give you price quote within two calendar days.

4. Payment terms (e.g. advance payments/ installments/ final payment/ etc) shall be negotiated according to the scope of the project.

5. We shall prepare a written agreement outlining all specifications, timeframes, contingency plans, schedule of work communication, price, methods of payment, invoicing.

6. As we work on your assignment we remain available to show you progress in case you want to stay updated.

7. Once we do our internal Quality assurance procedure, we shall submit all work to you for a review on your behalf and do corrections on our work if necessary.

8. When you confirm your final approval, payment is due.
